Shipping policy

Please read this policy carefully to understand our specific shipping timelines for "Available Now" versus "Made to Order" items.

"Available Now" Items

 Will ship within 4 business days

These items are already made and waiting for a home! This timeframe covers the time it takes to process and package your order.

"Made to Order" Items

Will ship in 2 to 5 weeks

These items are not pre-made. Once you place your order, your garment will be knit up just for you! The piece or pieces will be shipped to you right after completion.

**Important: If your order contains both "Available Now" and "Made to Order" items, your entire order will be held and shipped together when the made-to-order item is complete. If you need the ready-made item urgently, please place a separate order.
